Chicken Parmesian (Baked Chicken)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces & roll in olive oil
  2. Roll in bread crumbs and place on cookie sheet
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes
  4. Place chicken in baking dish and fill with Ragu(augmented with homemade ketchup & mushrooms)
  5. Top with 6 19g slices each of provolone and mozzarella
  6. Bake until cheese is melted
