Chicken-Onion-Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle rice in buttered casserole. Place chicken on rice. Put soups and milk together. Pour over chicken and rice. Sprinkle dry onion soup over top. Seal with aluminum foil.
  2. Bake 2 hours at 350. Do not peek
