Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a bowl, combine butter, cayenne, pepper and salt.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and coconut
  4. Brush chicken with butter mixture, roll in coconut mixture to coat.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Bake until crisp and golden, about 25 minutes.
  7. Serve with dipping sauces of your choice.
