Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the noodles in a large bowl or dish and break them up slightly. pour enough boiling water over the noodles to cover and let sit while preparing other ingredients.
  2. Preheat wok over medium heat, add the sunflower oil and swirl it around to coat the side of the wok. when oil is hot, add the chicken, garlic, bell pepper, mushrroms, scallions, and bean sprouts to wok and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the noodles throughly, then add to wok. toss well and stir fry for 5 minutes. drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over noodles and toss
  4. Serve immediately.
