Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg and then into bread crumbs to coat; set aside.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet and saute chicken just until golden on both sides.
  4. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan and top with half of the mushrooms.
  5. Cover mushrooms with cheese slices and top with remaining mushrooms.
  6. Pour broth over all.
  7. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
