Chicken and Rice Estilo Bryan

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Stir the soup, water, rice, begetables and onion powder ina 12 x 8 baking dish.
  2. Top with chicken. (Chicken will be 1/2 breast cut in 1/2 - 1/4 of breast). Cover.
  3. Bake at 375 F for 45 mins or until done.
  4. Top with cheese. Makes 8 servings.
