Chicken and Rice Bake Ingredients:
10 3/4 oz cream of chicken soup |
1 1/3 cups water |
3/4 cup rice |
1 cup peas |
1 cup carrots |
1 cup corn |
1/2 tsp onion powder |
4 1/2 chicken breast (1/2 chicken breast cut in half) |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, water, rice, begetables and onion powder ina 12 x 8 baking dish. 2. Top with chicken. (Chicken will be 1/2 breast cut in 1/2 - 1/4 of breast). Cover. 3. Bake at 375 F for 45 mins or until done. 4. Top with cheese. Makes 8 servings. |
