Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. For the crust: Mix together first 5 ingredients with a fork.
  3. Press into the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch dish.
  4. For the filling: Mix together eggs and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in confectioners sugar.
  6. Spread over crust mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Leave a little wet in the center and be careful not to over bake this.
  9. Let cool and cut into squares.
  10. For best results, store in the refrigerator.
