Chef Dine's Banana Quick Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Spray bread loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. (Or use a stoneware bread loaf pan).
  4. Pour batter into bread pan.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out of the middle clean.
