Ingredients:

  • 250g turkish tulum cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch fresh basil

Directions:

  1. Cut the cheese and tomatoes in thin slices.
  2. Place one slice of tomato between every three slices of cheese, add the basil leaves and arrange on a serving plate.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and serve
