Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine egg, milk and baking mix to a soft dough.
  2. Add 1/2 the cheese.
  3. Spread dough in a 8-inch round cake pan.
  4. Cover with remaining cheese and poppy seeds.
  5. Drizzle butter over all.
  6. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, or till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cut in wedges and serve hot.
