Charleston Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs or 2 egg beaters egg
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 8 oz coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350; mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 10 pie plate bake for 45 minutes.
  2. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  3. Store in fridge.
