Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak peas.
  2. COmbine peas with onion, jalapeno, garlic, cumin, thyme, bay leaf and 2 cups water.
  3. Boil.
  4. Reduce and simmer.
  5. Add rice, broth, tomato, allspice and salt.
