Caramel-Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and butter.
  2. Press onto the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minuites or until set.
  4. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. In a saucepan, melt caramels with 1/4 cup cream, over low heat.
  6. Stir until blended.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Stir in pecans.
  9. Spread evenly over crust.
  10. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set.
  11. In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips with remaining cream.
  12. Drizzle over the caramel layer.
  13. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, before serving.
