Caramel Apple Crock Pot Dessert

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove about 1/2 inch of peel off top of each apple.
  2. Place apples in crock pot.
  3. Pour juice over apples.
  4. Fill center of each apple with: 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 3 cinnamon candies, 1 Tbsp butter, and 2 caramels.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until apples are tender.
  7. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
