Cappuccino Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional)
  • 1/2-1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp hazelnut extract
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients into large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend mixture with hands.
  3. Add butter, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Mix until all is blended.
  5. Shape into walnut size balls and place 2 apart on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet.
  8. Remove to racks to finish cooling.
