Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter and 75 g cooking chocolate , melted over double boiler 2 eggs and 1 cup caster sugar , 1tsp vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup flour , 1/4 cup cocoa pwd , sifted
  • 2 tbsp instant dark coffee pwd
  • 1 tbsp drinking chocolate pwd for dusting

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg .
  2. Grease a shallow pan and line with baking paper .
  3. Whisk the egg and sugar .
  4. Whisk in the chocolate mixture .
  5. Add the essence , dry ing. and coffee pwd .
  6. Whisk until combined without over beating .
  7. Pour in the tin and bake 20 mins and until done .
  8. Lift it out using the baking paper .
  9. Cool it abit .
  10. Make shapes while its still warm ( optional )
  11. Chill until serving .
