Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cup cabbage up into bit size pieces
  2. Take a bag of frozen sliced carrots, and measure out 2 cups and pour in.
  3. Take 5 potatoes, peel, wash, and cut up into bite size pieces.
  4. 2 heaping tablespoons of garlic !
  5. 1 tbs redwine vinegar
  6. 8 bullion cubes
  7. 8 cups of water.
  8. Let cook on high heat for 45 minutes, and then leave it on a lower heat for another hour, and then you can leave it on simmer until you're ready to eat it.
  9. The beauty of this soup.. is it taste better the older it gets. =)
