Brown Sugar Cream Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Boil brown sugar, butter and milk over medium heat in a medium size pot, for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat with hand mixer until smooth.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Let cool.
