1/2 cup strawberry-banana yogurt |
1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk |
1 large banana |
Directions:
1. put yogurt and milk in blender. 2. break banana into pieces and put in blender blend for 1/2 minute. 3. pour into glass 4. enjoy! |
