Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter (cold )

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, stir. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl, mix well and pour into dry ingredients. Stir till combined well and pour into greased muffin pan or one with baking cups 2/3 full.
  2. For Topping: Combine sugar and flour, cut in butter till it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle on muffins and bake 400 degrees for 20 minute.
