Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In food processor fitted with metal blade combine cheese, walnuts and cream.
  2. Puree until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In small sauté pan over medium heat add oil.
  4. When oil is hot add onions and apples and sauté until caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
  6. Spread heaping spoonful of cheese mixture over each toasted round.
  7. Garnish with small pile of apple onion mixture and parsley.
