Blender Coconut Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in container of electric blender.
  2. Process mixture until well blended.
  3. Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch pie plate (mixture will be thin).
  4. Sprinkle top of mixture with nutmeg.
  5. Bake at 370 F for 25 minutes or until pie is set.
  6. Let pie stand 10 minutes before serving.
