Ingredients:

  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Wash berries them mash berries and cook over medium low heat with the sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
  3. Puree in a food processor then strain to remove seeds and pulp.
  4. Return to saucepan then mix in milk and boil 5 minutes.
  5. Cool and chill then freeze in ice cream maker according to directions.
