Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 large eggs
  • 4 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 5 1/2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cups blackberries

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. First dry, then wet. Batter will be thick and sponge like. This is normal. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
