Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Blend cream cheese, egg, 1/3 c.
  2. Sugar and 1/8 tsp.
  3. Salt until smooth.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.
  5. Sift remaining sugar, flour, cocoa powder, soda and 1/2 tsp.
  6. Salt.
  7. Stir in water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  8. Fill prepared paper cups 1/2 full with cocoa batter.
  9. Spoon cream cheese mixture on top.
  10. Sprinkle nuts.
  11. Bake 30- 35 minutes at 350.
