Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven at 350.
  2. Beat eggs, add sugar till fluffy.
  3. Add the remaining ingedients, beating in between.
  4. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Makes 20 muffins.
