These super moist bran muffins are almost cakelike, yet 100% healthy! My kids loved them. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
2 cups vanilla yogurt |
2 cups bran flakes, crushed small |
2 cups flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven at 350. 2. Beat eggs, add sugar till fluffy. 3. Add the remaining ingedients, beating in between. 4. Bake for about 15 minutes. 5. Makes 20 muffins. |
