Directions:

  1. In dutch oven cook bacon till crisp, drain & crumble to use later
  2. Cook onion in drippings till tender
  3. Stir in flour & cook for 1 minute stirring constantly
  4. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly till thick & bubbly
  5. Stir in diced potatos, parsely, & half & half
  6. Cook for about 10 minutes
  7. Stir in sour cream
  8. Garnish with cheese and crumbled bacon
