5 medium baking potatos baked peeled & diced |
8 slices of bacon |
1 onion diced |
1/2 cup all purpose flour |
3 14.5 ounce cans chicken broth |
2 cups half & half |
1 cup sharp shredded chedder cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
dried parsely |
Directions:
1. In dutch oven cook bacon till crisp, drain & crumble to use later 2. cook onion in drippings till tender 3. stir in flour & cook for 1 minute stirring constantly 4. gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly till thick & bubbly 5. stir in diced potatos, parsely, & half & half 6. cook for about 10 minutes 7. stir in sour cream 8. garnish with cheese and crumbled bacon |
