  1. Slice pear lenthwise and remove core . Cut into six to eight slices, then cut slices into chunks,
  2. Divide evenly between 6 dessert cups.
  3. Divide frozen berries between dessert cups.
  4. Pour Half and Half over the fruit - half way full in the cups.
  5. Drizzle with honey.
  6. Set them on the table when you serve dinner, and the half and half will freeze on the berries and pears and make an almost ice cream dessert.
