Benihana Superb Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soybean oil (i could not find soybean so i used canola oil)
  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (i adjusted this by using less)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 small spanish onion
  • 1 piece celery (2 oz.)
  • 1/4 piece lemon (rind & all )
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix at medium speed for 1-2 min or until finely grated. Enjoy with iceberg lettuce, tomato wedges & grated carrot.
  2. (I found that it will last in the fridge for about 2-3 days then it starts to change flavor. It does freeze well).
