Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Make a batter with the egg, milk,salt and flour.
  2. Dip the sage leaves into the batter, holding on to the stalks.
  3. Deepfry quickly, and turn over if neccessary.
  4. Serve immediately.
