Beefy cheese ball

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 3 packages finely chopped beef
  • 1 dash salt
  • finely diced onion

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese.
  2. Add 2 pkgs.
  3. Of beef, Worchestershire sauce, salt, and onion.
  4. Continue beating until well mixed.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball.
  7. Roll the ball in the remaining pkg.
  8. Of beef to cover the outside.
  9. Serve with crackers.
