This recipe is from my aunt Martha. She always serves it at our Christmas get-together.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 packages finely chopped beef
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 dash salt
finely diced onion
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese.
2. Add 2 pkgs.
3. of beef, Worchestershire sauce, salt, and onion.
4. Continue beating until well mixed.
5. Refrigerate until chilled.
6. Form cream cheese mixture into a ball.
7. Roll the ball in the remaining pkg.
8. of beef to cover the outside.
9. Serve with crackers.
