Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except zucchini and cheese then mix well.
  2. Halve zucchini lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  3. Fill with meat mixture then place in baking dish and bake uncovered at 375 for 45 minutes.
  4. During last 5 minutes sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
