Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Mix eggs in large bowl.
  4. Add shredded cheeses, folding.
  5. Fold in milk.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and any other spice to taste (garlic powder, onion, cumin, etc.).
  7. Add any meats or veggies at this time, fold gently.
  8. Pour into pie plate and spread out.
  9. Bake for about 40 minutes.
