Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut 1/3 cup butter into flour with pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Add buttermilk, stirring until the dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Trun dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 3 or 4 times.
  3. Roll the dough to 3/4-inch thickness; cut with a circle cutter, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake biscuits at 425 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
