Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half.
  3. Perpendicular to the lines.
  4. Scoop out the sides and hack off the stem so that each half stands like a bowl.
  5. Combine spices with mashed banana and add vanilla.
  6. Add butter substitute if desired.
  7. Fill each bowl with mixture and smear on sides.
  8. Sprinkle more spices over the top.
  9. Place in baking dish with a little water in the bottom.
  10. Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
