Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take the egg, bananas, milk, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and sugar and place everything in a blender or food processor and whip until the mixture becomes a some kind of smooth pourable batter and let it stay for 5 - 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a fryer or a deep pan and carefully, fry spoonfuls of the mixture for 3-4 minutes until golden.
  3. Remove ready mandazies with a slotted spoon and let them drain on kitchen or paper towel.
  4. Better serve with any kind of grilled fruits like orange, pineapple etc, add some chilli syrup and deep fried basil leaves.
