Ingredients:

  • 6 small bananas
  • 1/3 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Freeze bananas completely
  2. Take out of freezer and let thaw slightly, then mash them until combined evenly
  3. Add soymilk and whisk together
  4. Freeze for about 30 min
  5. Add cream, vanilla, and corn syrup
  6. Beat together (electric mixer works well)
  7. Freeze for 1 hr
  8. Beat again
  9. Freeze about 30 min
  10. Beat and freeze method until stiff, ice-cream-like texture
  11. Freeze until ready to serve
  12. Enjoy!
