Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix shortening, sugar and eggs, mixing well.
  2. Stir in bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.
  4. Chill dough for 1 hour.
  5. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake approximately 12 - 14 minutes at 375°F.
  7. Icing: Mix cream cheese, butter, milk. vanilla and powdered sugar; beat well.
  8. Drizzle over top of cookies or frost cookies.
