Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup nuts

Directions:

  1. Grease & flour 9x5x3 pan, or two small loaf pans.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt in medium bowl set aside.
  3. In seperate bowl beat butter & sugar.
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time to butter and sugar.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Stir in flour mix along with banana & milk. Stir in 3/4 cup nuts or chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter in pan.
  8. Sprinkle Remaining nuts or chocolate chips on top.
  9. Bake 350º 1 hours 20 minute – Golden brown on top (two small loaf pans cook 40 min). cool wire rake.
  10. Wrap tight, eat next day.
