Banana Bisque with Cinnamon Croutons

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup crouton
  • 2 tbsp rum (optional)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and mix with cinnamon.
  2. Toss with croutons and melt in toaster oven.
  3. Puree all other ingredients and pour into chilled bowls or mugs.
  4. Garnish with croutons.
  5. Serve immediately.
