Balsamic Vinegar and Red Wine Reduction

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine in a wide pan and boil until reduced by at least half (depnding on how thick and syrupy you want your sauce). Sugar can be increased or decreased to taste.
