Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Slice the zucchini diagonally.
  3. In a buttered 2 qt casserole, layer the zucchini, onion, and tomatoes.
  4. Add salt and pepper and dot with butter.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 - 60 minutes.
  6. Uncover, top with cheese, and return to oven for a few minutes.
