Baked Fish in Mayonnaise and Mustard

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb haddock
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp dill weed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place fish in lightly greased shallow baking dish.
  3. Stir mayonnaise, mustard, onion, cayenne and dill weed in a small bowl until blended.
  4. Spread mixture on the fish.
  5. Bake at 400°F for approx 20 minutes or until fish flakes easy with a fork.
