Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. Unwrap cream cheese and place in an oven-safe baking dish.
  3. Bake cheese for 40 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 30 seconds.
  5. Add tomatoes and water.
  6. Cover and simmer about 3 minutes.
  7. Allow mixture to cool and serve over the baked cheese with crackers.
