Baked Cinnamon Ice Cream Bowls

Ingredients:

  • butter flavored pam spray

Directions:

  1. Flour tortilla (I use the taco size).
  2. Push a tortilla down into an oven approved bowl.
  3. This makes the tortilla edges wavy like a seashell.
  4. Spray the inside of the tortilla with butter flavored Pam and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake in oven at 450º for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Tortilla becomes rigid and lightly browned.
  7. Remove the tortilla from the oven and let cool.
  8. The Cinnamon Ice Cream Bowl is ready to use.
