Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Spray 7 small loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Blend well.
  5. Mix in strawberries, DO NOT DRAIN.
  6. Pour into pans.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
